St. Ursula’s took home the best overall school award at yesterday’s Cross Country Championships at the RSC. Well done to all the athletes who competed. There were lots of super performances and we came away with a huge trophy and lots of medals!

Congratulations to Mrs King, Miss McCarthy Kent, Mrs McSweeney and all the girls who performed in The Big Sing last night. The concert was so amazing that our girls got a mention on WLR this moring!
Well done to Mrs Duffy, the Green School Committee and all the teachers and students who helped to make our Green Flag Open Day such as success. It was great to see the hall full of our fantastic projects and art work. This year our theme was Global Citizenship and the Environment. We are applying for our eighth Green Flag!
Well done to the girls from Ms O’Doherty’s 6th Class who have been competiting in the Waterford Schools Debating Competition. They have won their first two debates against Ballyneal NS and Mount Sion. The whole class puts huge work into researching the topics and our debaters Leah Blanc, Emma Collins, Ava Guiden, Ellie Shostak Gergi, Asmaa Ahmad and Ava Barrett do a great job
