St. Ursula’s Primary School is very lucky to be situated in the beautiful gardens and surrounds of the Ursuline Convent. The school is spread over 4 buildings and comprises of 25 mainstream classrooms, 7 resource rooms, a multi-sensory room, a large school hall, a sports equipment room, a library, 3 offices and a kitchen/staff room. St. Ursula’s is wheelchair accessible, with 6 ramps and 2 lifts.

St. Ursula’s recently benefited from the addition of ‘St. Anne’s’ – which houses five new state of the art classrooms and two resource rooms.

All classrooms are fitted with Interactive Whiteboards and computers, with many classrooms having the additional benefit of visualisers.

Last summer all the bathrooms in the main school building and the Infant block, were refurbished to a very high standard.

The school library was rebuilt and restocked in 2015. The new ‘Merici Library’ is well worth a visit and is the envy of other schools!

As well as being situated in beautiful school grounds, we also have a fabulous vegetable garden and greenhouse. And let’s not forget the workshop where all of our caretaker’s fantastic creative projects were born!

St. Ursula’s has a basketball court, as well as access to the adjacent Secondary School hockey and soccer pitches when the need arises.
